“The Hamsher Theory” making the rounds
Blogger Jane Hamsher has put together a nice, cohesive narrative that may explain Judith Miller’s sudden (and as far as we know uncompelled) passion for testifying in front of the Fitzgerald grand jury. Remember, Miller was the one who got ‘out in front’ on the very bogus aluminum tubes = Saddam’s WMD program stories, due to her contacts inside the White House. She was no stranger to being a mouthpiece for anonymous (and false) administration machinations.
Combined with the rumors of Fitzgerald now aiming directly at Dick Cheney, we may have the makings of a very interesting news week ahead.
